Job summary

VLink, Inc. is seeking a Full Stack Engineer with 3-5 years of experience to design, develop, and support responsive web applications and scalable backend services using React, Java, and Node.js.

You will build RESTful APIs, work with databases, implement secure coding practices, and collaborate in an Agile team to deliver high-quality software and continual improvements. Qualifications

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience developing full stack web applications in an enterprise or product environment.
• Strong Java experience, preferably with Spring Boot, REST APIs, OOP design and patterns.
• Hands-on Node.js experience with Express or similar framework and API development.
• Experience with HTML5, CSS3, JSON, REST, authentication/authorization, and secure coding practices.
• Familiar with relational or NoSQL databases, Git, automated testing, and CI/CD.
• Understanding of microservices, cloud-native development, containerization, and observability.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain end-to-end web applications using React, Java, and Node.js.
• Develop scalable backend services and RESTful APIs with Spring Boot and Express.
• Integrate frontend with APIs, databases, authentication, and third-party systems.
• Write clean, secure, maintainable code; participate in code reviews and design discussions.
• Create tests, troubleshoot defects, and optimize performance.
• Work with databases and apply data modeling, queries, and transactions securely.
• Collaborate with product, UX, architects, QA, and DevOps in Agile sprints.

Job Description:

We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer with 3-5 years of experience to design, develop, and support responsive web applications and scalable backend services. The role requires hands-on expertise in React, Java, and Node.js, along with strong knowledge of REST APIs, databases, testing, secure coding, and modern software delivery practices.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain end-to-end web applications using React, Java, and Node.js.
• Develop scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using Java frameworks such as Spring Boot and Node.js frameworks such as Express.
• Integrate frontend applications with APIs, databases, authentication services, and third-party systems.
• Write clean, secure, maintainable, and well-tested code; participate in code reviews and technical design discussions.
• Create unit and integration tests, troubleshoot defects, perform root-cause analysis, and improve application performance.
• Work with SQL or NoSQL databases and apply appropriate data modeling, query optimization, and transaction-handling practices.
• Collaborate with product owners, UX designers, architects, QA, and DevOps teams in Agile delivery cycles.
• Support CI/CD deployments, application monitoring, production support, documentation, and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience developing full stack web applications in an enterprise or product environment.
• Solid Java experience, preferably with Spring Boot, REST APIs, object-oriented design, and common design patterns.
• Hands-on Node.js experience, including Express or a comparable framework, asynchronous programming, and API development.
• Working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JSON, REST, authentication/authorization, and secure coding practices.
• Experience with relational or NoSQL databases, Git-based version control, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of microservices, cloud-native development, containerization, and application observability concepts.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Spring Boot, TypeScript, Redux or Context API, Jest, React Testing Library, JUnit, Maven or Gradle, Docker, Kubernetes, Azure or AWS, SonarQube, and Agile/Scrum delivery.
