The ideal candidate should havestrong expertise in full stack development—includingReact, Python, and back-end technologies—while also having awillingness to work with legacy systemsand contribute to cross-functional projects.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, with candidates having extensive experience but less formal education also considered.
• 2+ years of experience in software development, with a track record of building and maintaining applications.
• Proficiency in React and Pythonrequired for day-to-day development tasks.
• Experience working in environments requiringhigh independence and self-direction.
• Strong understanding ofsoftware development lifecycleand how to manage projects from conception to implementation.
• Hands-on experience with tools and frameworks relevant to full stack development.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals.
• Experience with PHP, WordPress, or Salesforce environment is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with aproblem-solving mindsetand experience making technical recommendations based on business needs.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work in a remote environment.
