• Build and maintain trust across cross-functional teams, sharing credit and fostering collaborative execution.
• Design and develop architecture solutions that balance simplicity, quality, scalability, and security.
• Simplify complex systems and workflows by eliminating friction, reducing toil, and streamlining handoffs.
• Create reusable patterns, guardrails, and tooling to accelerate team delivery and ensure consistency.
• Quickly adapt to new domains, technologies, and problem spaces, demonstrating flexibility and continuous learning.
• Apply strong engineering fundamentals across software design, data management, testing, and distributed systems.

Qualifications
