  • Messaging & Middleware: Hands‑on experience with messaging and middleware technologies such as Apache Kafka, IBM MQ, the FIX protocol, with an understanding of event‑driven and asynchronous system design.
  • Agile Delivery: Solid understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologies, with a proven ability to deliver in fast‑paced, rapidly evolving environments with shifting priorities.
  • Communication & Leadership: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to clearly articulate technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Strong organizational skills to coordinate, influence, and drive cross‑team initiatives.
  • Problem Solving & Innovation: Demonstrated ability to analyze complex, ambiguous problems and devise pragmatic, innovative solutions – balancing technical rigor with delivery speed.
  • AI-Augmented Development: Familiarity with one or more AI coding and productivity tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Windsurf, Claude Code), with a willingness to leverage AI‑assisted workflows to accelerate development and improve code quality.
