We are a premier recruiting agency partnering with a fast-growing, venture-backed startup that is transforming how logistics and operations teams manage their workflows. This company is building an AI-powered assistant that helps operations teams efficiently manage the high volume of emails and tasks that are critical to keeping global supply chains moving. This is a unique opportunity to get in early and help define the future of operational automation in logistics.
As a Full-Stack Engineer, you’ll be a key contributor to the technical and product strategy. You’ll collaborate directly with the founding team to design, build, and scale the core platform. Your work will involve both backend and frontend development, with a focus on integrating AI-driven automation and enabling seamless workflows for customers.
Key responsibilities include:
Designing and implementing backend infrastructure using Go and Postgres
Developing user-focused frontend applications in React
Building and maintaining integrations with third-party logistics platforms and infrastructure tools
Supporting AI workflows with application tooling and infrastructure
Designing systems that enable efficient and scalable customer onboarding
Making key architectural and product decisions alongside the founders
1–3 years of experience as a full-stack software engineer, preferably at a startup (Seed to Series B stage)
Proven experience at an early-stage company, ideally as a founding or first engineering hire
Demonstrated ability to work on products directly impacting end users
Strong API development skills and experience building systems for external integrations
Experience with observability tools and performance monitoring
Passion for solving real-world problems and interest in logistics, operations, or workflow automation
Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced, highly collaborative environment
Internship experience during university, particularly at startups or tech-forward companies
Degree in Computer Science or related field from a reputable program
Experience with AWS infrastructure and deployment pipelines
Familiarity with incorporating AI technologies such as LLMs or Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
Previous exposure to or work within the logistics or supply chain industry
Salary Range: $120,000 – $150,000 USD
