Job summary

IntePros is seeking a strong Full Stack Engineer to join a team supporting and developing critical enterprise applications. This is a hands-on role with a heavy backend focus, and you will own both existing applications and new development.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of full-stack experience, robust backend skills (60%+), and the ability to communicate effectively with vendors and business stakeholders in an enterprise setting. Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools is a plus.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of full-stack development experience.
• Strong backend experience (60%+).
• Experience taking ownership of applications from development through production.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work with vendors and business stakeholders.
• Experience working in enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude, Codex, Windsurf, or similar is highly preferred.
• Experience with spec-driven development is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support critical enterprise applications.
