Full Stack Developer (Backend & ETL Focus)

Duration: Contract to Hire

Location: 4 days onsite in Berwyn, PA and 1 day remote

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer with 3+ years of experience to join a technology team supporting investment management applications. This role is primarily focused on backend development, database engineering, and ETL processes (approximately 70%), with additional front-end responsibilities (30%). The ideal candidate will have strong Oracle and Java experience, a solid understanding of data integration, and an interest in modernization initiatives and emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance Java-based enterprise applications.
• Design, develop, and optimize Oracle databases, SQL queries, and stored procedures.
• Build and support ETL processes and enterprise data integrations.
• Perform database performance tuning and support Oracle modernization efforts.
• Contribute to front-end development and support existing JSP applications; experience with Angular or React is beneficial.
• Develop automation solutions using Python, Perl, or other scripting technologies.
• Participate in Agile development and application modernization initiatives.

Required Qualifications
