Senior Full-Stack Engineer – AI Software Automation Platform

A fast growing AI start-up is redefining how custom software gets built instantly, accurately and at scale. The company’s product is an AI powered app builder that allows non technical users to create fully functional, production-grade business software, no coding required. Think beyond low-code/no-code: this platform uses advanced agentic workflows and compiler inspired architectures to generate software that actually works, not just demos well.

Why This Role Matters:

The team is solving a first-principles problem: increasing the abstraction layer at which people can think and create functional software. As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you'll play a key role in advancing this mission from building scalable infrastructure to improving how AI agents reason, generate, and verify code.

You’ll be joining a small, elite team made up mostly of previous founders and engineers with deep backgrounds in AI, systems, and product development. The culture is intense, ambitious and collaborative with an expectation of autonomy, speed and craftsmanship.

What You'll Do:

• Own end-to-end features across the stack from frontend UX to backend logic to AI inference layers.
• Lead and execute projects that expand the platform’s capabilities into new verticals like healthcare or finance.
• Improve performance, accuracy, and reliability of AI generated applications.
• Help scale infrastructure to support real-time workflows and high-stakes enterprise usage.
• Build tools to help nontechnical users verify, refine and evolve their applications with AI.

What You Bring:

• 4+ years of experience shipping production-grade software in fast-paced environments.
• Expertise in full-stack engineering, ideally with TypeScript, React (Native), and backend frameworks like NestJS or equivalent.
• Strong software architecture skills, able to reason about complex systems, performance trade offs and maintainability.
• Curiosity and experience in areas like software language theory, compilers, or agentic workflows.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating closely across engineering, product, and design.

Bonus Points:

• Experience with AI/LLM products, particularly agent-based systems or software automation tools.
• Knowledge of compilers, static analysis, or developer tooling.
• Contributions to infrastructure or DevOps in AI-heavy environments.
• Strong design sensibility, able to contribute to clean, intuitive interfaces and user flows.
• Salary Range: $130K – $200K USD (depending on experience and location)
