Full-Stack Engineer

Our client is seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking engineer to lead the design and development of cutting-edge interoperability platforms. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on full lifecycle ownership—from ideation to production—and is passionate about connecting systems across hybrid environments. You’ll be instrumental in shaping scalable, secure, and innovative solutions that drive integration and performance across platforms.

• Location: Remote
• Duration: 1 year Contract – Potential for extension
• Compensation: This job is expected to pay about $70-80/hour (W2 Only)
• No Visa Sponsorship Available for this role

What You’ll Do:

• Architect and develop high-performing, enterprise-scale API and microservice solutions across cloud and on-prem environments
• Create and implement modern front-end applications using frameworks like React and Next.js, alongside scalable backend services in Java, Python, or Node.js
• Drive continuous platform improvements through automation, observability enhancements, and infrastructure re-architecture for scalability and cost optimization
• Ensure high availability, performance, and security across services by applying best practices in SRE, DevOps, and distributed systems design
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support and enhance integration tools, promote platform adoption, and resolve system challenges

What Gets You the Job:

• 10+ years building scalable platforms using Java, Python, or Golang with deep knowledge of API architecture (REST, GraphQL, gRPC) and Spring Boot
• Proficiency in modern front-end development with React.js and backend development with Next.js
• Hands-on experience with AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, EKS, IAM, etc.) and infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation
• Deep understanding of containerization, CI/CD, and DevOps practices, with exposure to Kubernetes, ArgoCD, and observability tools (Splunk, Dynatrace, CloudWatch)
• Familiarity with AI agent integration and modern trends to enhance API development workflows
