The Role

We're looking for a Full Stack Engineer who wants to build products that matter from day one. You'll own features end-to-end — from database schema and edge functions to polished UI — across a platform that enterprise brands and hundreds of thousands of charities depend on daily.

You will ship real features to real users immediately. As you grow here, you'll develop deep technical judgment and your own perspective on where the product should go. Roles blur on a team this size — you'll work directly with the founder, shape architecture decisions, and see the impact of your code in delivery confirmations and landfill diversion numbers.

What You'll Do

• Build full-stack features across our TypeScript / React platform — from Postgres schema design to production UI
• Own the product surfaces that charities and enterprise brands interact with daily: donation matching, logistics workflows, inventory coordination, impact reporting
• Ship AI-powered tooling — intelligent charity matching, automated compliance checks, agentic search, and smart allocation engines
• Design and scale serverless APIs, background workers, frontend UI/UX, and more
• Build internal tools that give our operations, impact, and growth teams superpowers
• Shape architecture decisions — every engineer has a real voice in how the platform evolves

What We're Looking For

• Deep comfort with TypeScript, React, and SQL (Postgres) — this is 90% of the job
• Experience building and shipping web applications end-to-end — you've taken features from idea to production
• Proficiency with AI-assisted development — you actively use AI coding assistants (Cursor, Claude Code, Codex etc.) in your daily workflow and can leverage AI agents to move faster. This is non-negotiable for us. We build with AI, and we expect you to as well
• Strong product sense — you think about why before how
• Ability to move fast without sacrificing quality — we set a high bar because enterprise clients and hundreds of thousands of charities depend on us
• A full-stack, can-learn mindset — willing to work outside your comfort zone across frontend, backend, and infrastructure
• 1-4+ years of experience building customer-facing software

Bonus:

• Experience with serverless platforms
• Familiarity with AI/LLM integration
• Experience with Next.js
• Background in logistics systems, marketplace platforms, or nonprofit tech
