Job summary

Ideal candidates have 6–10 years of hands-on experience, strong UI skills with Angular 8+, HTML5/CSS3/Bootstrap, and a proven ability to mentor peers while guiding project delivery.

Qualifications

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer with 6-10 years of experience and strong hands-on expertise in C#, .NET, WebAPI, and Rich Web Application development within an Agile/SDLC environment. The candidate should have experience working with offshore development teams in India and in customer-facing roles.

Required Skills & Experience

• 6+ years of hands-on experience with C# and .NET
• Strong experience developing rich UI web applications using Angular 8+, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and web development frameworks
• Experience with WebAPI, WebServices, and Microservices/Micro UI
• Experience with JIRA, Bamboo, Bitbucket, Git
• Knowledge of Agile Development, SDLC, and AI tools such as GitHub Copilot
• Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or Pivotal is an advantage
• Strong design thinking, technical problem-solving, and mentoring capabilities
• Experience leading offshore teams of 6-10 resources and working directly with customer stakeholders
• Strong communication, delegation, prioritization, risk management, escalation, and time-management skills
• Ability to guide technical teams and deliver quality solutions
