Job summary

The Eliassen Group is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to develop and maintain websites and digital products across the stack. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver modern websites and scalable features, with a focus on reliability and performance.

Remote work is supported on a W2 basis with medical, dental, vision, 401k matching, and life insurance. The role offers hourly compensation from $65 to $70.

Qualifications

• Proficiency across frontend, backend, and CMS development using TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, WordPress and PHP.
• Experience debugging production issues and improving code quality and reliability.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in reviews and planning.
• Familiarity with AI-powered engineering tools to enhance workflows.

Responsibilities

• Contribute across the stack by writing clean, maintainable code focusing on reliability and performance.
• Work with frontend technologies (TypeScript, Next.js, React), backend (Node.js, TypeScript), and CMS platforms (WordPress, PHP).
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and external teams to develop new features.
• Debug issues, improve code quality, and strengthen system reliability.
• Own deliverables while seeking feedback and growth opportunities.
• Complete code reviews, create engineering docs, and participate in planning sessions.
• Iterate and improve existing systems as business requirements change.
• Use approved AI-powered tools to accelerate development, testing, and refactoring.
• Provide after-hours and weekend support for production systems when needed.

The engineer will contribute across the stack, partner with cross-functional teams, and support continuous improvement.
