Job summary

A leading technology recruitment firm is sourcing a Full Stack Engineer in Westlake, TX. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in developing web applications with Angular, Node.js, and CI/CD tools. Responsibilities include creating performant web experiences and ensuring security best practices across applications. Candidates should be familiar with test automation tools, AWS ecosystem, and possess strong Git knowledge. This position is contract-based with a focus on both front-end and back-end development.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience developing web apps using Angular 12+, RxJS, Redux/NgRx, and TypeScript.
• Experience or willingness to learn mobile technologies.
• Advanced skills in Git and CI/CD practices.
• Advanced Git skills, branching strategies, and CI/CD practices.
• Knowledge of HTTP/S based APIs, networking, and how the internet works.
• Expertise with test automation tools and frameworks, e.g., Cypress, Playwright, Jest, and Storybook.
• Familiarity with developing features for our web experiences using Angular and Microservices in NodeJS/NestJS.
• Experience with Nx workspaces, ability to use Nx for managing monorepos and enhancing developer productivity.
• Experience in internet security: OAuth, Open ID Connect, and knowledge of standard methodologies.
• Strong working knowledge of AWS ecosystem (EC2, Lambda, Serverless computing, DynamoDB).
• Understanding containerization, Docker, and orchestration will be a plus.
• End-to-end architecture experience with focus on customer experience, ease of use, reusable core & common components development, leverage proven architecture patterns, standards, accessibility guidelines, security, A/B testing, personalization, analytics, and measurements.
