Job summary

You will collaborate with customers to deploy and refine AI-enabled solutions, leveraging Python, React, and cloud infrastructure in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of professional software engineering experience shipping production-grade code.
• Strong backend engineering experience, particularly with Python, APIs, and databases.
• Experience at a VC-backed startup, founding team, or established technology company with a high engineering bar.
• CS or technical STEM degree from a top program.
• Experience with AI/ML in production, LLMs, RAG, function calling, or multimodal AI - is a plus.
• Frontend experience with React and cloud/infrastructure experience are valued.
• Comfortable working in an intense, fast-paced environment with high ownership.

Pay range and compensation package

• Compensation: $165K-$250K Base + Competitive, Top-of-Market Equity
