Vox Labs (by Spyglass Software, Inc.) is building the next-generation AI-powered sales development platform, designed to blend automation and human intelligence to drive pipeline at scale.
We’re looking for an entrepreneurial founding engineer with 4+ years of software engineering experience to help us build the foundation of a venture-backed startup.
This is a unique opportunity to be a core member of a company redefining how sales teams operate—working side-by-side with our founding team to shape both the product and the future of AI-driven sales development.
As a Full-Stack Engineer at Vox Labs, you’ll work directly with our CEO, founding team and early customers to build a next generation platform that transforms sales prospecting into an intelligent, automated process.
Our compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors including your unique skill set, years of experience, and preferred total compensation ratio between salary and equity.
While we are working remote, we're hiring in the San Francisco, Brooklyn and Atlanta areas. This allows for face-to-face interactions on an occasional basis with a teammate nearby, along with support to get you ramped up.
Day-to-day remote works for us, but we think it's important to get to know your colleagues outside of the typical Slack and Google Meet chats.
We offer healthcare, a stipend for work equipment, and plan on implementing other perks as we achieve our milestones as a business.
$140k - $160k salary range + significant equity.
