Base pay range

$50,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr

We’re looking for a Full Stack Engineer to help scale Allstora’s core product and platform. You’ll work directly with our Head of Product Engineering to design, build, and ship systems that power our book clubs, community, commerce, and internal tools.

You’ll contribute across the stack — from customer-facing experiences to the data and infrastructure that support them — in a fast-moving, product-led startup environment.

What You'll Work On

• Architecting and building new product features for our host and subscriber experience
• Developing and refining internal tools for book club operations and growth
• Improving data flows, observability, and reporting across the platform
• Supporting core platform stability, from APIs to deployments
• Collaborating throughout the product lifecycle

Our Stack

• Frontend: Next.js, React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS
• Data: Redshift, QuickSight
• Commerce: Shopify, GraphQL, REST APIs

What We're Looking For

• Strong full-stack engineering skills — you can ship end-to-end
• Experience with React/Next.js + modern backend systems
• Familiarity with data systems (SQL, ETL) is a plus
• You care about what we’re building, not just the code
• Comfort with ambiguity and ownership
• A focus on quality, stability, and sustainability
