Job summary

RTX Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to join our remote US-based team (RTX Corporate, Enterprise Services, Research Center or BBN). The role focuses on SAFe Agile, C#, Angular, Spring Boot, Java, and SQL to develop and maintain scalable software systems.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, and adhere to SAFe ceremonies while delivering high-quality code and improvements.

Qualifications

  • Typically requires a University degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field.
  • Experience in full stack development using C#, Angular, Spring Boot, Java, and/ or SQL.
  • Experience with SAFe Agile principles and practices, with hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git and managing work in Jira.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and maintaining complex software systems, with a focus on quality, performance, and scalability.

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.
