Job summary

Synechron is seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer with strong React or Angular on the front end and Python on the back end to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications. You will build APIs, microservices, and reusable UI components while collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with React.js or Angular front-end development.

Our challenge

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer with strong experience in React or Angular on the front end and Python on the back end. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications, building APIs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Additional Information*

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Charlotte, NC is $95k - $100k/year & benefits (see below).

Requirements

• Strong experience with React.js or Angular.
• Proficiency in Python and backend development frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Experience with databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or MongoDB.
• Knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and version control best practices.
• Experience working with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms.
• Understanding of Agile development methodologies.

Preferred, but not required

• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Exposure to AI/GenAI integrations, Python libraries, or LLM-based applications.
• Banking or Financial Services domain experience is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
