About Position

We are seeking 5 experienced Java Full Stack Developer with a strong background in Python and Conversational AI to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in software development, particularly in the banking domain. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Java, Python, and React JS.
• Implement RESTful APIs and microservices architecture to enhance application performance.
• Utilize Kafka for real-time data processing and integration.
• Work closely with product owners and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Participate in Agile practices, including daily stand-ups and sprint planning.
• Contribute to the development of Conversational AI features and functionalities.
• Ensure code quality through code reviews and adherence to best practices.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to streamline deployment processes.

Mandatory Skills
