Full Stack Developer - Technical Lead (Hybrid)

We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in Spring boot, Java, Angular, and AWS. This role encompasses leadership responsibilities, including different planning strategies. By ensuring robust and efficient system operations, the candidate will play a key role in advancing our company's mission.

Location: Charlotte, NC - USA (Onsite)

Responsibilities

• Involve in analysis of requirements (User stories) and identify the relevant functional and technical requirements.
• Development and testing of Technical User Stories
• Should Lead the Team and should take responsibility on end-to-end project Delivery.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
• Work closely with customers to comprehend business needs and convert them into technical specifications.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in computer science and a minimum of 8 years of demonstrated work experience.
• Must have experience as a Full Stack Developer
• Technical Lead experience.
• Required skills: Java, Angular, Spring Boot, REST, Microservices, Unit test Framework, AWS, GITHUB.

Salary and compensation

The annual salary for this position is between $81,221k - $163K depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
