Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer/Technical Lead.
• Strong backend development experience in PHP, Java, Golang, Python, or Node.js.
• Heavy focus on backend development (around 80%) for enterprise-scale applications.
• Experience building microservices, REST APIs, GraphQL services, and system integrations.
• Strong knowledge of MySQL and enterprise application architecture.
• Domain expertise in Accounting, Finance, Oracle ERP integrations, Payables/Procurement, or Supply Chain.
• Procurement or supply chain automation experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to design scalable, secure, and high-performance systems.
• Strong stakeholder communication and technical leadership skills.

15+ years Full Stack Lead with strong PHP/Java backend, React frontend, microservices, APIs, enterprise integrations, and domain expertise in Finance, HR Tech, Procurement, Revenue Operations, or Supply Chain. Basic exposure to AI tools is sufficient.

Basic Purpose:

• 15+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer / Technical Lead.
• Strong backend development experience in PHP, Java, Golang, Python, or Node.js.
• Heavy focus on backend development (around 80%) and enterprise-scale applications.
• Experience building microservices, REST APIs, GraphQL services, and system integrations.
