Ladders is seeking a Full Stack Developer III for remote work in the United States. You will design, develop, and support web applications serving complex operational needs, working across front-end and back-end layers to translate business requirements into scalable, secure solutions.

The role emphasizes performance, maintainability, and collaboration with stakeholders to solve challenging problems. 5–7 years of full stack experience in a clinical/medical environment is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of full stack development experience, preferably in clinical/medical environments.
• Strong knowledge of modern front-end frameworks and responsive design.
• Proficient in ASP.NET MVC 5, VB, C#, and 4D Database technologies.
• High-level SQL coding skills for data acquisition and manipulation.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop front-end and back-end components.

For our client, we are seeking a Full Stack Developer III to join the team of a leader in the Education, Government & Non-Profit space.

This role will contribute to the design, development, and support of web applications that serve complex operational needs in a remote environment. The ideal candidate will work across front-end and back-end layers, helping translate business requirements into secure, scalable technical solutions. This position also plays a key role in improving application performance, maintainability, and responsiveness while partnering with stakeholders to solve challenging problems.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $118,000 – $145,000 annually
