Ladders is seeking a Full Stack Developer III for remote work in the United States. You will design, develop, and support web applications serving complex operational needs, working across front-end and back-end layers to translate business requirements into scalable, secure solutions.

The role emphasizes performance, maintainability, and collaboration with stakeholders to solve challenging problems. 5–7 years of full stack experience in a clinical/medical environment is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of full stack development experience, preferably in clinical/medical environments.
• Strong knowledge of modern front-end frameworks and responsive design.
• Proficient in ASP.NET MVC 5, VB, C#, and 4D Database technologies.
• High-level SQL coding skills for data acquisition and manipulation.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop front-end and back-end components.
• Build high-performing web applications handling large datasets and APIs.
• Contribute to the architecture of web applications and propose technical solutions.
• Develop scalable and dynamic websites and features.
• Ensure application quality, responsiveness, and maintainability.
• Write efficient and secure code following best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex defects and performance issues.
