Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a similar role.
• Strong frontend skills with HTML/CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript; experience with React or Angular.
• Backend experience with Node.js, Express, Ruby on Rails.
• Database experience with MS SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL.
• Knowledge of security frameworks and DevSecOps, version control with Git.

We are currently seeking a full-time, Full Stack Developer to work remotely.

The Full Stack Developer plays a critical role in building efficient, scalable, and high-quality applications and requires a balance of technical expertise, creativity, and collaborative skills to deliver exceptional digital solutions. The position is responsible for both front-end and back-end development tasks. This role requires proficiency in a range of programming languages, frameworks, and tools, and involves designing, developing, and maintaining applications from start to finish.

What You’ll Do

• Design and Development: Create visually appealing and user-friendly web interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks such as React or Angular.
• Backend Development: Develop server‑side logic and APIs using technologies like Node.js, Express, and databases such as Microsoft SQL Server or MySQL.
• Integration: Integrate front‑end and back‑end components to ensure seamless user experiences and functionality.
• Testing and Debugging: Write and execute tests to ensure code quality and reliability, and debug issues as they arise.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal cross‑functional teams and external vendors to meet project requirements and deadlines.
• Maintenance: Maintain and update existing web applications, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Documentation: Produce clear and comprehensive documentation for code, APIs, and development processes.
• Continuous Improvement: Integrate AI technologies into the development process to enhance efficiency and performance.
• Drive for Success: Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects, and the end‑to‑end app store submission process while monitoring user feedback.

What You’ll Need

• Previous experience in a similar role with at least three years of experience.
• Strong proficiency in front‑end technologies: HTML/CSS, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, Ruby, and frameworks like React, VB, and C/C# maintenance.
• Strong proficiency in back‑end technologies: Node.js, Express, Ruby on Rails.
• Database management: Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.
• Security knowledge: Familiarity with information security frameworks and standards, experience with DevSecOps toolkits, and version control with Git and related workflows.
• Problem‑solving skills: Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical challenges efficiently.
• Strong communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for collaboration and documentation.
• Project management: Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA or Trello.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. Applicable experience can be substituted for college education.
