Job summary

Apex Systems is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer in Newport Beach, CA for onsite work four days per week. The role focuses on designing and delivering scalable cloud-based applications, APIs, and microservices using React and Node.js within AWS environments. Visa sponsorship is not available at this time.

The candidate will own features end-to-end, improve performance, security, and reliability, and contribute to DevSecOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of software development, including 2+ years as a Full Stack Engineer.
• Strong experience with React and modern front-end development frameworks.
• Proficiency in Node.js and server-side application development.
• Experience with AWS cloud services and serverless architectures.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and REST, SOAP, or GraphQL APIs.
• Experience with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or DynamoDB.
• Experience with Azure DevOps or similar work management platforms.
• Understanding of DevSecOps, CI/CD, and software delivery best practices.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Full Stack Engineer Location Newport Beach, CAOnsite 4 Days per weekRate: $80-87/hr

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Engineer to design, develop, and deliver scalable cloud-based applications. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build modern web applications, develop APIs and microservices, optimize application performance, and support automated CI/CD pipelines.

At this time, Apex is not able to consider candidates for this role who require visa sponsorship now or in the future.

• Knowledge of cybersecurity and data protection best practices.
