Job summary

BRMi is seeking a capable Full Stack Developer to support a major financial services client, operating in a hybrid setting in Pensacola, FL or Vienna, VA. You will analyze business needs and craft scalable software solutions aligned with corporate strategies, leveraging C#, .NET, React, JavaScript, SQL, MongoDB, MuleSoft and Azure cloud.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in system analyses through data modeling, and ensure robust documentation throughout the SDLC.

Qualifications

• Hands on experience in C#, HTML, JavaScript, CSS
• Experience with converting legacy solutions to modern languages
• Experience building solutions when no documentation exists
• Experience in lower and production environments not fully isolated
• Experience using existing code and team discussions to determine structure
• Creativity and ingenuity while following rules
• Passion for development evidenced by personal projects
• Expert knowledge of software development best practices
• Experience with application development platforms (C#, .Net, React, JS, SQL, MongoDB, MuleSoft, Azure)
• Experience in end-to-end custom-code solutions
• Experience with legacy solution modernization

Responsibilities

• Identify business requirements and translate into technical solutions
• Design and maintain custom code solutions using Navy Federal approved tools
• Facilitate user acceptance testing with test cases and criteria
• Plan and roll out software changes to testing and production
• Monitor progress and support implementation benefits
• Collaborate with partners to deliver solutions
• Participate in cross-organizational task groups
• Create and maintain SDLC documentation
• Contribute knowledge management articles
• Evaluate and communicate new trends in systems/technology
• Analyze data, requirements and performance
• Document technical designs for data/workflows/OS environments
• Lead teams and projects to meet goals
• Develop workflow adjustments to improve efficiency
• Perform analytical modeling and optimization
• Coordinate with vendors to improve procedures
