Job Title: Full Stack Developer with PEGA Experience

A leading financial services company is seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer with strong PEGA expertise to join their Business Process Digitalization team. This fully remote, hands-on role involves building scalable, full-stack web applications with a focus on PEGA solutions.

***Candidates must hold an active Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) certification.***

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain PEGA solutions aligned with business objectives
• Collaborate with solution architects to ensure development standards, security, and architecture compliance
• Code and integrate high-quality solutions within Agile sprint cycles
• Deliver robust, scalable, and reusable components
• Maintain documentation including system diagrams, reports, and change logs
• Serve as a PEGA mentor and technical advisor for internal teams

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of IT experience with a strong background in full-stack development
• Master's Degree or equivalent in training, education, and experience
• Hands-on experience with PEGA development
• Experience across technology stacks (Cloud, DevOps, IBM, Oracle, UNIX, Windows, Java/J2EE, Databases, Mainframe)
• Proficiency in Agile development methodologies
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven leadership and mentoring abilities

Desired Skills:

• 4+ years of experience in the Financial Services industry
• 2+ years of direct experience in Banking sector
• High-level architecture and roadmap planning with PEGA CLSA certification
