Job summary

Magellan AI, a remote-first startup, seeks a software engineer to build features end-to-end in a full-stack capacity and guide AI coding agents through real work. You will review and push back on solutions, participate in lightweight Agile with self-directed developers and collective code ownership, and enjoy regular deployments and biweekly retrospectives.

Qualifications

• Experience building features end-to-end for web applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop features end-to-end across the stack (frontend, backend, DB).
• Review and push back on AI-generated solutions to ensure quality.
