Job summary

Modsen разрабатывает программные решения для более чем 25 доменов и сотрудничает с партнёрами из более чем 20 стран. Вакансия предполагает развитие веб-приложений на Python и React, внедрение функций ИИ и LLM, а также развёртывание сервисов в продакшн.

Требуются 4+ года коммерческого опыта, знания Python и одного из FastAPI/Django/Flask, опыт работы с LLM и LangChain, знакомство с RAG и инфраструктурой AI, а также уверенное владение английским уровнем не ниже B1+.

Qualifications

• 4+ года коммерческой разработки, в т.ч. как минимум 2 года с Python и AI/ML.
• Глубокие знания Python и FastAPI, Django или Flask.
• Опыт работы с LLM, prompt-инжиниринг, function calling и стриминг.
• Опыт построения RAG-систем, embedding-рулак, векторных БД, гибкого поиска и рейтингов.

• Практические навыки PyTorch, Transformers, scikit-learn, pandas, NumPy.
• Опыт PostgreSQL, Redis и очередей (Celery, Kafka).

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain web applications using Python and React Design and implement AI features, including LLM integrations, RAG pipelines, AI assistants, and knowledge base search systems Deploy AI/ML services to production Develop and optimize AI/ML solution components, including embeddings, rankers, models, and data processing pipelines Develop Python back-end services and build React user interfaces Contribute to the full development cycle, from architecture design and task estimation to production delivery Write unit and integration tests, participate in code reviews, and maintain code quality Prepare technical documentation for developed solutions Collaborate with the team and clients, participate in technical discussions, and estimate tasks

4+ Years of commercial development experience, including at least 2 years working with Python and AI/ML Strong knowledge of Python and one of FastAPI, Django, or Flask Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, function calling, and streaming Experience building RAG systems, including embeddings, chunking, vector databases, hybrid search, and re-ranking Experience with LangChain and/or LlamaIndex Practical skills in PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, scikit-learn, pandas, and NumPy Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, and message queues such as Celery or Kafka Experience with Git, Docker, and Linux environments Ability to estimate tasks, work in a team, and communicate effectively with clients Desire to grow in AI/ML, share knowledge, and contribute to the team’s development English at Intermediate (B1+) level or higher Будет плюсом: experience with model fine-tuning (LoRA, QLoRA, PEFT), evaluating LLM/RAG solution quality, Kubernetes/OpenShift and cloud platforms, agent-based systems and LLM application monitoring, CI/CD setup
