Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/IS or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 5+ years as a Full Stack Developer, Software Engineer, or similar role.
• Strong PostgreSQL skills with complex analytic queries and API design.
• Experience in Python (FastAPI/Django) or Java/Spring Boot or .NET; able to work across stacks.
• Proficiency in a modern front-end framework (React/Angular/Vue) and data visualization.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain the browser-based examiner app and dashboards.
• Develop RESTful APIs and services over PostgreSQL with JSON-based queries.
• Build interactive data visualizations using D3, Plotly, or Recharts.
• Integrate NLP search and AI/ML outputs with traceability to source records.
• Implement authentication and RBAC with SAML/OIDC/CAS; log to Splunk.
• Containerize with Docker and deploy via CI/CD to Rancher-managed Kubernetes.
• Perform automated testing and secure coding per NIST 800-53 Moderate controls.
• Create technical docs, designs, release notes, and run Agile ceremonies.
