Job summary

RSI is seeking a detail-oriented Full Stack Software Developer to join our development team. You will design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise web applications, focusing on our LMS learning platforms and related integrations.

Responsibilities include building responsive front-ends with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and server-side logic in Java, Python, or C#, plus Oracle database development using PL/SQL. Collaboration across teams is essential to deliver scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of professional full-stack software development experience.
• Strong Oracle Database/PLSQL proficiency.
• Experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and modern frameworks.
• Experience with LMS/SCORM packages is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain enterprise web-based applications using front-end and back-end languages.
• Design and optimize Oracle database structures and write PL/SQL procedures.
• Enhance features and administrative tools for LMS-related interfaces.
• Troubleshoot and refactor legacy code to improve performance and UX.
