Job summary

Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and test advanced data processing systems and dashboards within the CMS Agile XLC framework. You will work across UI, Web Server, Application Server, Cloud Host, Database, and DevOps to deliver new products using JEE, JBoss, Ruby on Rails, MarkLogic, Red Hat, AWS and other data analytical tools.

The role requires 3–4 years of Java/J2EE experience, strong Agile practices, and familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of hands-on experience with Java, OOP, J2EE, and microservice design fundamentals.
• Experienced with Agile scrum delivery model.
• Strong knowledge of multithreading and design patterns.
• Experience with Spring Boot and/or Quarkus.
• Building and consuming REST APIs.
• Experience with integration frameworks, such as Apache Camel.
• Experience with messaging systems like ActiveMQ, Kafka, or AWS SQS.
• Proficiency with JSON, XML, and XSD schemas.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Hands-on with AWS services (S3, Lambda, CloudWatch, RDS).
• Familiarity with Docker; basic understanding of Kubernetes/OpenShift.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Maven).
• Comfortable in Linux environments.
• Experience with JUnit, Mockito or similar.
• Familiarity with Postman or SOAP UI.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, develop, and test advanced data processing systems and dashboards.
• Perform application enhancements and build new products across UI, server, cloud, and database layers.
• Collaborate with the Scrum Team to ensure architecture and best practices are followed.
• Conduct code reviews and present at PDRs and DDRs.
• Document technical specifications and support IT requirements and metrics.
• Analyze data to produce forecasts, assessments, and recommendations.
