Job summary

Full Tilt Data, LLC is seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to build and maintain web-based data collection and validation apps for a federal program. You will work across front-end and back-end using Java/Spring Boot and React in a SAFe Agile team, enabling external organizations to submit and certify data for critical agency programs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
4+ years of professional full stack development experience.
Strong Java/Spring Boot and React experience with RESTful APIs.
Experience with AWS services and container-based deployments.
Experience working on Agile/Scrum or SAFe environments.

Responsibilities

Develop front-end and back-end features for data collection apps in a SAFe Agile team.
Build Java/Spring Boot services and REST APIs with data access/transformations.
Create React interfaces and support front-end migration from Kendo UI to React.
Implement data import/export (Apache POI) and validation logic.
Design schemas and migrations on Amazon RDS/Aurora (MySQL).
Write unit/integration tests and ensure code quality and security.
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and IaC in GitHub Enterprise, deploy to AWS containers.
