Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive invites applications for a Full Stack Developer on the Global Applications Clinical, R&D, and Innovation team in Piscataway, NJ. You will design, develop, and maintain business-facing applications used by scientists and study teams to generate trusted data and advance clinical studies.

The role requires learning new technologies, connecting business needs to end-to-end designs, and delivering secure, high-performance software across frontend and backend stacks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years of experience developing and deploying web applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee development of Clinical Trial Management (CTMS), electronic trial master file (eTMF), and Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems to support Clinical Studies and Operations
• Deliver study workflows, case report forms, electronic data capture, and protocol tools that match the study and hold up in operations
• Create applications, advanced analytics components and web services to support our business
• Build and integrate applications across the broader R&D and innovation portfolio
• Provide ongoing development and optimization support for existing applications and legacy projects
• Enhance system reliability by continuously improving test coverage across existing codebases
• Adhere to all company policies, industry standards, and compliance guidelines, while flexibly supporting additional team objectives as needed
