Jumpfactor seeks a seasoned Full-Stack Developer (Automation & Internal Tools) to build and maintain internal automation tools, dashboards, and seamless integrations across APIs, AI services, databases, and WordPress ecosystems.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years of experience with React, ES6+, Python, PHP, and cloud deployments on AWS. This 100% remote role operates primarily during EST hours and offers growth within a fast-paced digital agency.

Jumpfactor Marketing is seeking a Full-Stack Developer (Automation & Internal Tools) with 4+ years of hands‑on experience building modern web applications and internal systems. This role focuses on developing, maintaining, and improving internal automation tools and workflows. You will work across front‑end and back‑end technologies to connect AI services, APIs, databases, and WordPress-based systems into cohesive, reliable solutions. WHO YOU ARE

• 4+ years of experience as a Full‑Stack Developer
• Strong WordPress development and customization experience
• Strong experience with (frontend + API routes/server actions)
• Proficient in React and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
• Backend development experience with Python & PHP
• Experience designing and integrating RESTful APIs and third‑party services
• Experience working with databases (PostgreSQL, Firebase, Supabase)
• Experience building internal dashboards, control panels, and automation tools
• Experience implementing AI integrations (LLMs, AI APIs, AI‑powered workflows)
• Experience working with cloud environments (AWS, Render, Vercel)
• Proficient with Git and version control workflows
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and refactoring skills
• Ability to write clean, scalable, and maintainable code/ technical documentation
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively during EST hours
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Comfortable working within project management systems (ClickUp or similar)

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
