You will design and implement full‑stack solutions, ensure security and reliability, and work under IT leadership to support business needs while contributing to training and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with coding portfolio
• Effective communication across all levels of the organization
• 1–3 years of post-academic experience preferred
• Strong analytical and reasoning abilities
• Regular and predictable presence at work
• Ability to accept and integrate constructive feedback

Responsibilities

• Develop full‑stack custom solutions to automate internal processes
• Act as SME for developed applications and provide technical support; ensure reliability and performance
• Develop tailored testing and QA procedures matching project complexity
• Engage with IT leadership to support developed solutions
• Collaborate with end users to deliver enhancements and new capabilities
• Maintain architecture and supporting documentation
• Create training materials for applications supported
• Coach IT support staff on troubleshooting and best practices
• Participate in after‑hours deployments or support as needed
• Other duties as necessary
