Job summary

Attractivate Consulting Solutions is seeking a Full-Stack Engineer to join a dedicated application support and delivery team embedded with a Fortune 500 client in Houston. You’ll own the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of mission-critical applications while driving automation and modernization beyond the ticket queue.

You’ll provide Tier 2/3 support, develop fixes across the full stack, build automation to reduce recurring issues, participate in root-cause analysis, and

Qualifications

4+ years of full-stack development in production support or hybrid delivery.
Proficiency in at least one modern front-end framework (React, Angular, or Vue).
Back-end experience in Node.js, Python, Java, or .NET.
Strong SQL skills across SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and integration troubleshooting.
Familiarity with CI/CD, Git workflows, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
Strong communication with technical and business audiences.
Ownership mindset to identify and solve problems proactively.

Responsibilities

Provide Tier 2/3 application support across enterprise web apps with ownership.
Develop and deploy fixes, enhancements, and small features across the full stack.
Build automation to reduce recurring issues with job queues and auto-remediation.
Participate in root cause analysis to eliminate incidents.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure end-to-end resolution.
Contribute to sprint cycles for enhancements while maintaining steady-state support.
Maintain technical docs, runbooks, and knowledge base articles.
Surface scope expansion opportunities with measurable client value.
