Our client, a prestigious, globally recognized professional services firm is seeking an AI Solutions Engineer to spearhead the design, experimentation, and deployment of secure, cutting-edge artificial intelligence capabilities. In this role, you will sit within a dedicated Rapid-Development Innovation Team, partnering directly with senior leadership, subject matter experts, and business operations to translate complex domain challenges into intelligent, production-ready applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Discovery & Architecture: Facilitate technical discovery sessions with high-level stakeholders and business leaders to identify high-value opportunities for AI, automation, and intelligent workflow optimization.
• Rapid Prototyping & Delivery: Rapidly build proof-of-concept (POC) and pilot solutions using leading AI platforms, LLM APIs, orchestration frameworks, low-code tools, and modern web application stacks.
• AI & Agentic Development: Design and deploy secure generative AI assistants, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems, vector search platforms, knowledge discovery engines, and autonomous agent workflows.
• Systems Integration: Architect robust, scalable integrations connecting proprietary knowledge bases, document management repositories, cloud data platforms, and enterprise collaboration tools.
• Responsible AI & Governance: Embed data privacy, model auditability, access controls, and ethical AI safeguards into all application designs to meet stringent enterprise security and compliance standards.
• Lifecycle & Scale: Establish solution success metrics (adoption, latency, accuracy, ROI), refine solutions through user testing, and transition mature applications to enterprise platform teams for long-term scalability.

What You Bring (Qualifications)

Core Technical Experience

• 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, full-stack application development, systems integration, or data engineering.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience designing and deploying Generative AI, LLM-enabled applications, RAG pipelines, or intelligent automation solutions.
• Deep familiarity with AI engineering frameworks and concepts: Azure OpenAI / OpenAI APIs, Model Context Protocol (MCP), LangChain/LlamaIndex (or similar), vector databases, embeddings, and prompt orchestration.
• Solid background in enterprise cloud environments (Microsoft Azure or AWS), including secure API architectures, CI/CD pipelines, IAM, and microservices.

Consultative & Professional Skills

• Proven track record translating ambiguous business challenges into clean technical architectures and intuitive user experiences.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-facing skills, with the ability to articulate AI capabilities, trade-offs, and risk mitigations to both technical and non-technical leaders.
• Experience operating within highly regulated, security-conscious environments (e.g., legal tech, management consulting, financial services, or enterprise professional services) is strongly preferred.
• Strong commitment to Responsible AI, data privacy, human-in-the-loop workflows, and robust security standards.

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Relevant certifications in Azure/AWS Cloud Architecture, AI Engineering, or Agile Methodologies are a strong plus.
