Full Stack Developer | Intelligence Analytics & Cloud-Based UI/UX | Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Poly Required

Are you a Full Stack Developer with a passion for building intuitive, high-performance applications that directly support intelligence analysis missions? We are looking for a technically well-rounded, design-conscious engineer ready to own the full product development lifecycle — from conceptualization and UI design through implementation and usability review — in a dynamic, cloud-native government environment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Full Stack Developer, you will serve as a core contributor on a team delivering sophisticated, user-centered applications within the Sponsor's secure cloud environment. You will drive every stage of the product-design process — developing conceptual models, designing intuitive user interfaces, building robust back-end services, and conducting usability reviews to ensure the final product meets both technical standards and analyst needs. You will work collaboratively across cross-functional teams, translate complex mission requirements into elegant, functional solutions, and help establish and uphold UI/UX guidelines and standards throughout the development lifecycle. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Required Qualifications:

• Clearance: Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph (FS Poly) required — candidates without an active clearance will not be considered
• Education: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
• Experience: Demonstrated professional full stack development experience, including building applications in support of intelligence analysis or similarly complex analytical environments

Required Technical Skills:

• Backend Development: Demonstrated experience with backend technology stacks based on Python and PostgreSQL, including integration with AWS services such as SQS
• Frontend Development: Proficiency in front-end web development including CSS, HTML, and vanilla JavaScript, with a strong eye for clean, functional, and accessible design
• User-Centered Design: Demonstrated experience applying user-centered design principles, web standards, typography, color theory, and web usability standards throughout the product development lifecycle
• Full Product Lifecycle: Proven ability to execute all phases of the product-design process — from conceptualization, workflow development, and design prototyping through implementation, UI specification, and usability review
• Version Control & Issue Tracking: Proficiency with Git for version control, branching, and collaborative issue tracking in team-based development environments
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across engineering, design, and mission stakeholder teams

NICE TO HAVE

Preferred Qualifications:

• Sponsor Cloud Environment: Direct experience with Full Stack Development within the Sponsor's cloud environment is a significant differentiator
• Containerization & Microservices: Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes for developing, deploying, and managing containerized applications and microservices
• Sponsor Data Environment: Familiarity with the Sponsor's data environment and an understanding of how data flows within the mission ecosystem
• Intelligence Community Experience: Prior experience working in a Sponsor analytic mission area, particularly involving research on analyst user needs and workflow optimization
• Complex Problem Structuring: Demonstrated ability to organize and structure solutions to complex, ambiguous problems in a clear and actionable manner
• Coordination & Collaboration: A track record of strong cross-team coordination, stakeholder engagement, and collaborative delivery in fast-paced program environments
