Job description

As a Full Stack Developer, you’ll build technical standards and high-quality, future-proof software to support the growth of the Postcode Lottery Group. Working with an international team, you’ll use your technical knowledge and passion to create the best possible software solutions. And every day at work, you’ll be doing your part for all the charities we support.

What you’ll do:

• Build and develop our international “My Account” portal, ensuring it meets the needs of users worldwide.
• Participate in improving the development process and implementing the continuous integration and delivery of AWS services to enhance efficiency.
• Work closely with architects and development teams on technical improvements, providing advice on tooling and functionalities.
• Project-manage proofs of concept from start to finish, ensuring successful execution.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and secure technical standards and improvements, such as REST APIs, frameworks, integration patterns, and logging.

You’d describe yourself as follows:

• You have a BSc or MSc in a field like Computer Science and at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• You enjoy working in an international matrix structure and have excellent communication skills.
• You are eager to learn and continuously strive to develop your skills.
• Your tech stack includes REACT, Node.js, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• You have demonstrable knowledge of AWS, CI/CD, and relational databases.
• Your expected monthly salary ranges between €4,600 and €6,200, based on a 40-hour week and flexible working hours.

The Group Tech department is the backbone of the Postcode Lottery Group. Working here, you’ll be part of the team responsible for all IT operations, ensuring smooth lottery rounds, developing and managing systems, and setting up digital workstations for over 600 employees. You’ll collaborate with all lottery departments and external partners, staying in close touch with colleagues at the Postcode Lotteries abroad to create the best IT solutions.
