Position Title: Full Stack Developer
Location: DC Metro Area, some remote flexibility
Clearance: Top Secret Clearance required to start. This position supports a government contract.

Position Overview:
We are currently looking for a Full Stack Developer to join a contract with a federal government client in support of an important mission. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a great team. We are looking for a lead who can speak eloquently about technology with architect level knowledge and the ability to participate in hands-on development.

Education and Experience:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
2. 3+ years of experience in SharePoint Online development, administration, and customization.
3. Experience with Angular. Ability to participate in frontend development.

Required Skills:

1. Proficiency in SharePoint Framework (SPFx), JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and other front-end technologies.
2. Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, and PowerBI.
3. Strong understanding of SharePoint Online architecture, site collections, content types, and workflows.
4. Knowledge of REST APIs, Microsoft Graph, and Azure services.
5. Experience with Angular.
6. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.

Desired Skills:

1. SharePoint or Microsoft 365 certifications.
2. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum project management methodologies.
3. Experience working with large-scale enterprise environments.
