Detailed Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Full Stack Developer with 5+ years of experience in enterprise application development and modernization. The role involves contributing to the transformation of a mission‑critical legacy platform currently built on Struts 1.2, Java 1.6, JSP, WebSphere, Oracle and DB2 into a modern architecture based on Angular, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Oracle PL/SQL, and Azure AKS.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands‑on development experience across both frontend and backend technologies, coupled with the ability to analyze existing application functionality, understand legacy codebases, and assist in modernization initiatives. Experience working on large‑scale enterprise applications and Agile delivery teams is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• Application Analysis & Modernization
• Analyze existing application components and assist in reverse engineering legacy Struts/JSP‑based functionality.
• Understand business workflows, system integrations, and database dependencies.
• Participate in documenting current‑state and target‑state application architecture.
• Support migration activities from Struts/WebSphere to Angular and Spring Boot.
• Ensure functional equivalence between legacy and modernized applications.
• Full Stack Development
• Build RESTful APIs and backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
• Develop and maintain reusable UI and backend components.
• Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs and enterprise services.
• Participate in application performance optimization and troubleshooting activities.
• Database Development
• Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects.

• Quality Engineering & DevOps
• Write unit tests and maintain high code quality standards.

Pay and Benefits

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law.
