Job Summary

Our client, a leading Retail & Consumer Goods provider, is seeking a Full Stack Developer to join their team. This position is located in Richfield, Minnesota.

Core Responsibilities

• Design and implement technical solutions that scale to massive usage.
• Contribute to the architecture and development of the digital platform and tools to support key e‑commerce and cloud technology initiatives.
• Articulate engineering design strategies related to scale, performance, security, and usability.
• Build and enhance core tools needed to support development, testing, and integrations leading to Continuous Delivery.
• Use modern mobile, web, and cloud development tools and technologies to build customer‑facing experiences.

Required Skills/Experience (Must‑Haves)

• 8+ years of experience developing mobile and/or web applications.
• 5+ years of experience using React Native, React, Redux, TypeScript, JavaScript, GraphQL, Express, and Next.js.
• 3+ years of experience with GraphQL schemas, resolver functions, and data sources (Apollo Server / Client).
• Solid technical communication skills with business partners, product partners, and other engineering teams.
• Experience with JavaScript testing libraries such as Jest, React Testing Library, and Detox.
• Experience with advanced configurations of Webpack, Babel, TypeScript, ESLint, Module Federation, and micro‑frontends.
• Experience in test‑driven development practices, pair programming, continuous integration, and deployment practices.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and GitHub Actions.

Preferred Skills/Experience (Nice‑to‑Haves)

• Webpack/bundling experience.
• Bootstrap or TailwindCSS.
• Splunk, Grafana, Dynatrace.
• Experience with Next.js.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay Range: $80.00–$85.00 per hour (approximate, may vary based on factors such as background, knowledge, skills, and location). We comply with local wage minimums.
