Job Summary

Our client, a leading retail technology organization, is seeking a Front-End Developer (React) to join their team. This position is a 7-month W-2 contract, hybrid (1–2 days onsite per week) in Richfield, MN. This position is W-2 only. We do not work with third-party firms or C2C arrangements for this role.

Core Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust, scalable front-end applications using React and modern JavaScript
• Collaborate with designers, backend engineers, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality user experiences
• Write clean, efficient, maintainable, and well-tested code
• Optimize application performance for speed, scalability, and responsiveness
• Contribute to front-end architecture and technical design decisions
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex UI and application issues
• Stay current with emerging front-end technologies and best practices

Required Skills/Experience (Must-Haves)

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $45 and $65/hour. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
