Job summary

CACI is seeking a Mid-level Full-Stack Software Developer to join the N6 Enterprise Application Innovation team supporting Navy Reserve systems. You will build end-to-end features with React and ASP.NET, design database layers with EF Core, and deploy via Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.

You should have a BS in a related field and 5 years of experience with ASP.NET/React/Node.js with SQL Server, plus SECRET clearance. AWS/Azure SaaS experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, cybersecurity, data science, information systems, information technology or software engineering; or active CSSLP, GCLD or GSEC certification.
• Five (5) years of experience developing for ASP.NET, React, Node.js and relational databases.
• SECRET-level security clearance.
• CompTIA Security+ certification (or ability to obtain within six months).
• Experience in C#, JSX/Angular templates, JavaScript and T-SQL.
• Experience with .NET (C#), ASP.NET, JavaScript, Node, React, MS SQL Server.
• Knowledge of software design patterns.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, GitLab, Jira and Git.

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end features with React front-end and ASP.NET back-end services.
• Design and develop database layers with Entity Framework Core and SQL Server.
• Build and deploy applications with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Optimize performance across front-end to back-end layers.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint planning.
• Conduct code reviews for quality, security and maintainability.
• Write automated tests with xUnit/NUnit, Vitest or React Testing Library.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to debug issues and address technical debt.
• Mentor junior team members and lead feature initiatives.
