Job summary

REDLEO SOFTWARE INC. in Sacramento is seeking a Full Stack .NET Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications across on‑prem, cloud, and hybrid environments.

You will work with C#, .NET, and React to build APIs and scalable front‑end components. Responsibilities include implementing CI/CD pipelines, DevOps automation, and deploying solutions on Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform, while collaborating with architects and product teams to ensure security and compliance.

Qualifications

5+ years hands-on experience with C# and .NET.
Strong experience with React or modern JS frameworks.
Cloud experience: Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
DevOps/CI/CD: Git, Azure DevOps, pipelines, automation.
Docker, Kubernetes experience.
Experience building APIs, microservices, distributed systems.
Strong knowledge of design patterns, algorithms, data structures.
Experience with SQL Server, MongoDB (preferred).
Experience with hybrid cloud environments (preferred).
Azure/AWS Developer certifications (preferred).

Responsibilities

Build and maintain full stack solutions using C#, .NET, React
Develop APIs, microservices, and scalable front‑end components
Work across on‑prem, cloud, and hybrid infrastructures
Implement CI/CD pipelines, DevOps automation, containerization
Deploy solutions on Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform
Troubleshoot performance, security, and availability issues
Support cloud migration and hybrid architecture transitions
Collaborate with architects, product managers, and cloud teams
Ensure compliance with SOX, PCI‑DSS, ISO, GDPR, HIPAA
Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation
Work within Agile/Scrum teams

Location: Sacramento, CA (Hybrid – Onsite 3 days/week) | Category: .NET Full Stack Development

NOTE:

Target full stack .NET developers who have:

C# + .NET + React
Enterprise web application experience
Cloud or hybrid development exposure (Azure/AWS)
APIs + microservices + CI/CD + DevOps
Insurance / workers comp background is a plus, not required
