Atarus is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to work closely with customers and help them build on our platform. This is a hands-on, full-stack engineering role with significant customer contact, split between coding and direct customer collaboration on calls, Slack, and pairing sessions.

You will ship end-to-end integrations and product improvements while keeping customers informed on timelines and next steps, and you’ll influence the roadmap based on customer feedback.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-stack engineering experience.
• Customer-facing technical work experience.
• Experience debugging APIs, integrations and production systems.
• Ability to translate customer needs into long-term product solutions.

Responsabilités

• Support customers from early evaluations through production and beyond.
• Lead customer calls, pairing sessions and technical deep dives.
• Build integrations and solve tricky implementation and platform issues.
• Ship full-stack product improvements, from design through to deployment.
• Keep customers updated on progress, timelines and next steps.
• Help shape the roadmap with what you hear from customers.
