Formación

• Наличие как минимум трех лет опыта после выпуска по соответствующей магистерской программе.
• Опыт полноценной разработки стека: frontend на React и backend на Rust или Node.js.
• Уверенная работа с AWS или другим облачным провайдером.
• Доказанная история самостоятельной поставки фичи с тестированием и качеством кода.
• Свободное владение английским языком; умение объяснять тех. выборы инженерам и заказчикам.
• Готовность взять ответственность, формировать архитектуру и наставлять коллег.

Responsabilidades

• Работать в рамках Nix-экосистемы, от инструментов разработки до кросс-сборки артефактов.
• Разрабатывать и поддерживать функционал frontend на React и backend на TypeScript, Node.js и Rust.
• Писать инфраструктуру как код (AWS CDK) для разворачиваемых систем.
• Участвовать в ревью кода и обмениваться фидбэком для улучшения базы кода.
• Участвовать в планировании спринтов, разбивке историй и демонстрациях.
• Разрабатывать системный дизайн и дата-пайплайны с нуля, наставлять инженеров, формировать RFC и архитектурные решения.

Operate within a Nix-backed ecosystem, from development tooling to cross-compiled build artifacts Own features end to end, from initial ideas or user stories through to shipped, tested, and monitored production software Build and maintain React frontend features and backend services in TypeScript, Node.js, and Rust, supported by a multi-account AWS environment Write infrastructure as code, such as AWS CDK, for the systems being built Participate in code reviews and give and receive feedback to improve the codebase Contribute to sprint planning, story breakdown, and demos Design systems and data pipelines from scratch, mentor other engineers, author RFCs and architecture decisions, and help set team technical standards

At least three years of experience since graduating from a relevant master's program Hands-on full-stack experience with frontend technologies such as React and backend technologies such as Rust or Node.js, or equivalent Comfortable working with AWS or another major cloud provider Track record of independently shipping features, with sound judgment around testing, code quality, and clean design Strong English fluency Able to explain technical trade-offs clearly to engineers and non-engineers Eager to take ownership, shape architecture, and mentor others Pragmatic approach and ability to turn ambiguity into a plan **Nice to have:** Experience designing systems from scratch, mentoring other engineers, or driving architecture decisions through to a decision
