It’s a role for someone who loves solving problems, diving into docs, testing webhooks, stitching tools together, and creating elegant systems that actually move the needle for real businesses.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Build smart, AI-powered workflows using tools like Make.com and n8n
• Develop custom voice agents using platforms like Retell AI and Vapi, connecting them with CRMs, schedulers, payment tools, and more
• Handle APIs such as auth flows, webhooks, data cleaning, and integrations
• (Bonus) Build clean front-end interfaces using React, Next.js, or similar to make back-end systems user-friendly
• Tackle complex logic, create reusable modules, and simplify messy workflows
• Keep learning. You’ll often be the first person trying new SDKs, APIs, or creative automation stacks

Who We’re Looking For

• You’ve built complex workflows in Make.com, n8n, or similar tools
• You’ve worked with APIs, troubleshooting auth issues, and can figure things out independently
• You’ve built (or want to build) voice agents using Retell, Vapi, or similar, with bonus points if you’ve shipped one
• You enjoy turning ideas into working systems quickly
• You’re proactive: when hitting roadblocks, you Google, test, iterate, and solve
• You love building with purpose, not just coding for the sake of it
• Using AI daily is in your DNA
• You have experience with CRMs and automation, including voice AI agents
• You can design simple, beautiful UIs for dashboards or automations
• You’re comfortable working asynchronously and can document your work clearly
