Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years building and shipping full-stack apps across frontend, backend, and data layers.
• 6+ years delivering multi-team projects and shaping roadmaps.
• Experience scaling internal tooling platforms in a large multinational environment.
• Strong ability to communicate technical decisions and write design docs.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of scalable full-stack solutions using PHP/Hack and JavaScript/React.
• Define the long-term architecture and roadmap for GO Systems tooling.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks to improve platform reliability and efficiency.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, legal, partnerships, and business teams to translate requirements into robust solutions.
• Promote best practices in code quality, reviews, and incident management across GO Systems.
• Drive adoption of AI and automation to improve workflows and support experience.
• Mentor engineers and elevate technical craft across the team.
